Source Code & Data Escrow
If Catalyst ever shuts down or discontinues support, our source code and production data backups are released to you under a formal escrow agreement — so your system can keep running, or be handed to another team, with or without us.
Your Data, Kept Separate
Your client records, Ledger history, and documents live in your own account, never commingled with other customers’. Pull a full export — JSON or SQL — anytime with one click. No request, no waiting on us.
Own It Outright
Core OS and your full Agent Suite are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing lapses, and there’s no recurring bill we could ever raise or cut you off from.
Bring Your Own AI Key
Plug in your own OpenAI or Anthropic key and your agents run on it directly, at your cost. You’re never dependent on Catalyst for the AI itself — only the platform around it.
Optional Dedicated Infrastructure
Want your own isolated instance and database, physically separate from Catalyst’s shared platform? Available as a $30/mo add-on with its own setup, for practices that want that extra layer of isolation.
The 60-Day Guarantee
If your agents don’t save you at least 5 hours a week in your first 60 days, tell us and we refund every dollar of your setup fee. The financial risk sits with us until the platform proves itself.
